Here she goes again! Miley Cyrus chose a rather raunchy Halloween look as she dressed up in Lil Kim's infamous 1999 VMAs outfit!

Having caused an outrage at this year’s MTV VMAs, (with her performance) it’s really not surprising that Miley chose a memorable VMAs outfit for Halloween.

The controversial star tweeted the picture of herself dressed up in Lil Kim’s daring outfit from the 1999 awards show, with just a nipple pastie protecting her modesty.

Songstress Omawumi Shares Photo of her Baby Daddy! [LOOK]

Omawumi who welcomed her baby daughter in 2011 has kept mute since then, over the paternity of her child.

Lots of rumour mongers have insinuated she had the baby for a South-South governor, amongst some other riduculous claims. Well, she has managed to keep the identity of her baby daddy private, but claims they are still together.

She recently shared this photo on instagram of herself, her baby and her baby daddy, with the caption "Thank you so much for your patience. Clearer photos and good news sooner than you know. God is always good," and tagged it "Baba Kamillah and Kami"

Word For Today: Be Continually Filled With The Spirit

And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit (Ephesians 5:18).

Our opening verse in the original Greek rendering is expressed in present continuous language. This means, for you to be effective in your Christian walk and live the transcendent life in Christ to the full, you have to be continually filled with the Spirit—not just for one day—but always. Praying in tongues is very beneficial in this regard; you can pray in tongues anytime you want to, and be filled with the Spirit. It’s not difficult at all to be continually filled with the Spirit.

The Word of God shows us in the ensuing verses, right after our opening verse, how to experience this constant infilling of the Holy Spirit. It’s by "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord" (Ephesians 5:19). Notice it didn’t say, "…speaking to one another…"; when it says "speaking to yourselves…" it means each of us speaking to himself.

For example, when you say "The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want; the Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world!" That’s you speaking the Word to yourself; edifying yourself with the Word of God. Speaking the Word to yourself in this manner is one of the ways to get yourself continually filled with the Spirit.

Secondly, it says, "...Singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord...." This refers to singing in the spirit; making spiritual melodies in your heart to the Lord. It doesn’t have to be melodious to anyone else; you just go on singing in the spirit, all by yourself. Next, it says, "Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ." That means you give thanks to God for all He’s done for you; you testify of His wondrous works in your life, thanking Him for His love, kindness, grace, mercy, and glory in your life! You can also minister to others as in Colossians 3:16: "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord."

Consciously practice these, and get yourself continually filled with the Spirit, for an all-day, alltime life of victory and dominion through the Holy Ghost!

Prayer

Blessed heavenly Father, I exalt and worship you for your great love, grace and power in my life! Thank you for bringing me into a life of peace and joy in the Holy Ghost! To you be all glory and dominion forever, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Music Producer OJB Discharged From Indian Hospital, Set to Return to Nigeria Soon [Photos]

Popular music producer and musician Babatunde David Okungbowa aka OJB Jezreel who left Nigeria about two months ago for India to get a kidney transplant, has been discharged.

Ojb's surgery was successful and he is said to be recuperating well.

He is due back in Nigeria any time soon and sent out his heartfelt gratitude to Nigerians. (Read it below)

Greetings from far away India! I am sure this note from me will catch you with a little surprise.
I have been reading a lot of news about ME being published on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and different Blogs by my good friends.

I thought I must take out a quick moment and let you know that I am officially discharged today from the hospital, after a successful Kidney Transplantation Surgery, by God’s Grace.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Nigerians for your prayers and good wishes, without which all this would not have been possible.

I also take this opportunity to thank my friends, fans and family for all the love, prayers and good wishes for a Speedy Recovery!!

Soccer Legend Jay Jay Okocha Throws Elaborate Bash For Wife's Birthday

Saturday 26th Oct 2013 was full of fun and merriment as soccer star, JayJay Okocha threw a superlative 40th birthday party for his wife Nkechi. The event took place at the Civic Centre and had the creme-de-la-creme of the society in attendance.

Music stars like Olamide, Kcee and Tuface were also at the event and thrilled the guests with their hit songs.

The climax of the party was when Jay Jay Okocha surprised his wife with a brand new G-Wagon car.

Word For Today: Live Joyfully… Everyday

Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms (James 5:13).

There’re many who, instead of enjoying their lives every day are worried and weighed down by the cares of this life. The Lord Jesus, in Matthew 6:25, enjoins us not to live that kind of life: "Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?" (Matthew 6:25).

The Spirit of God, through the Apostle Paul reiterated a similar thought in Philippians 4:6: "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." You must decide to live joyfully and happily every day; it’s a choice you have to make. Never find yourself sad, depressed or discouraged, irrespective of what happens around you.

God doesn’t have the responsibility of making you happy or joyful. What He did was to put joy in your spirit. Joy is a characteristic fruit of your recreated human spirit (Galatians 5:22), but it’s up to you to live joyfully. No one but you, in the whole world, has the responsibility of making you joyful.

Living joyfully has nothing to do with what’s happening to you or around you, or what others say or do to you. It’s got nothing to do with your experiences either; you can be joyful in the midst of trouble. James 1:2 says count it all joy when you go through diverse troubles. In other words, don’t be moved by adverse circumstances; remain thankful and exuberant with joy, knowing that you’re more than a conqueror.

Confession

Dear Father, I thank you for your overflowing springs of joy that emanate from the innermost part of my being. Irrespective of the situations and circumstances, I rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory, knowing that all things work together for my good! Halleluiah!

Maheeda is Nigeria's self-acclaimed Goddess of X!

The supposed gospel artiste is well known for sharing raunchy photos on social media, purportedly for relevance, since she hasn't managed to attain fame through music.

I guess Instagram has had enough of her, hence, gave her the boot!

MTN Project Fame's 2nd Runner-Up Adetoun Adekoya Glows In New Photos

The Ogun State-born second runner-up at the 5th edition of MTN Project Fame; Adetoun Adekoya is out with new photos.

In a recent interview, she says she is hale and hearty after her involvement in an auto crash, while speaking on her career and fashion preference.

She says:

"God has been so good to me. I put in a lot of efforts during rehearsal and hardwork to set a brand and carve a niche for myself in the industry. I can only do my best and leave the rest to God for perfection....I thank God for giving me a good voice which conveys sweet melodies to people’s hearing...I’ve got no tattoo on my body... (giggles). Word For Today: Be Inspired To Pray For Others

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men (1 Timothy 2:1).

There’s enough power in you to turn any situation around in your favour; you can change anything through prayer, because the divine power necessary to cause that change is already inside you (Acts 1:8).

I remember the testimony of a young girl who was retarded and bedridden due to juvenile arthritis. She could only move around in a wheelchair, and the only part of her body that she could move was her neck, as the disease had stiffened her whole body.

She was taken to a miracle service, and while in that meeting, she wept and called on the Lord to help her. Some others saw her and began to pray for her too. As they interceded for her, she asked the lady beside her to help her up. Though her hands and legs felt heavy and painful, she managed to stand up. As others prayed for her, the lady encouraged her and said, "Don’t worry, go ahead and move your hands and legs. The Lord has healed you."

Although it was difficult for her to move, she was encouraged by the faith of those who were praying for her and began to take her steps. They all erupted in praise to the Lord as she took another step, and then another one, and right before their eyes, she began to run around the room! That happened just because those believers around her were moved by compassion to pray for her.

There’s so much we can do and change in the lives of others if we’d intercede for them. There’re many who are going through a lot of hurt for whom we must pray. The Bible says of the Lord Jesus that He’s touched with the feeling of our infirmities (Hebrews 4:15). Be moved by the conditions of the sinners and others who are suffering around you. Let the plight of the poor, the sick, and the downtrodden stir compassion in you to intercede for them and cause a change in their lives today.

Prayer

I pray today for all who are suffering; especially little children, who are sick, displaced, hurting or experiencing any form of pain, that by your Spirit, and through the ministry of angels, help, succour and comfort will come to them. I pray that the faith, courage, and strength they need to come out victorious be ministered to them in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Davido's New Skelewu Video Director, Mr. Moe Musa Blasts Haters On Twitter, Says "They All Full Of Sh**"

Following the official release of Davido's Skelewu video, there has been intense comparisons between it and the leaked version of the video which went online barely one week before the re-shoot for the official.

As expected, some fans are not so impressed with the new video, considering all the hype it got before its release.

Music Director Mr. Moe Musa who directed the new Skelewu video took to twitter to vent (although he said he's not in anyway angry or frustrated)...

Word For Today: Heirs Of Prosperity

And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29).

You need never pray "O God prosper me," because in Christ Jesus, you’re an heir of prosperity. Praying to God to prosper you is asking Him to make you what you already are! Just as righteousness has been imparted to your spirit, greatness has been imparted to your spirit. You were born an heir of the Sovereign.

2 Corinthians 8:9 says, "For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich."

In the same sense that He died that you might live, and became sin (that is, the sin sacrifice) that you might be made righteous, He also became poor that you might be an heir of prosperity: "And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ…" (Romans 8:17). Now, everything He owns belongs to you; He made and owns the whole world. In Haggai 2:8 He said, "The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts." It’s up to you to use His Name and reject poverty, sickness and everything that’s not of God from your life, and live joyfully in prosperity all your days.

Prayer

Dear Father, I thank you for the awesome inheritance, which you’ve bequeathed to me in Christ! You’ve given me an incorruptible inheritance, and a glorious life in you! I fulfill your desire for me by walking in prosperity, health, and success, to your glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

For we all LASTMA people, yes it's official, Kim and Kanye are engaged!

Kim Kardashian turned 33 yesterday and beau Kanye West popped the $1 million question in presence of family and friends, at San Francisco's AT&T park (pictured below) which was rented for her big day!

With the inscriptions on the wall PLEASE MARRY ME, Kanye went down on one knee and asked Kim to marry him.

Obviously excited, Kim showed off her breath taking 15-carat diamond engagement ring designed by jeweler, Lorraine Schwartz.

Word For Today: You’re Alive To God!

Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:11).

If you’re born again you’re alive to God. This isn’t so for those who aren’t born again; they’re spiritually dead, being totally alienated from the life of God. They’re the ones the Master referred to in Matthew 8:22 & Luke 9:60, when He said, "…let the dead bury their dead." The "spiritually dead" aren’t alive to God; they’re not awakened to the Fatherhood of God and to the reality of the Spirit realm. If you’ve never been born again, I encourage you to give your life to Christ even now; just say, "Lord Jesus, come into my heart to be the Lord of my life."

When you’re born again, the Holy Spirit becomes real to you, and you’re awakened to the efficacy of the Word of God. Suddenly, you recognize Jesus Christ not only as Lord of your life, but also as one with whom you have rich and intimate fellowship! You become awakened to God’s realm of life; a realm that’s beyond this world. No wonder Jesus said you’re not of this world (John 15:19).

When you’re alive to God His light shines in your spirit; His Word works in you: you become alive to His healing power, His righteousness, prosperity, and wisdom! It’s easy for the Lord to instruct and guide you from within; because you’re tuned-in to Him.

For the rest of the day, especially when you get the chance to be alone, say repeatedly to yourself, "I’m alive to God." You’d be amazed at what’ll happen in your spirit! The consciousness of the victory of Christ— His power, glory, love, and grace will increase in your life! You’d become more cognizant of the dominion of the Spirit of God in your life. Blessed be God!

Confession

I’m alive to God; having been brought into fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ. I belong in the Kingdom of God’s dear Son, where I reign and rule by the power of the Spirit! I thank you Father, for bringing me into such a beautiful place of glory, beauty, honour, and prosperity, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The lovebirds were recently rumoured to have split barely weeks after Angelo came to Nigeria, with his ex girlfriend posting New Pictures of herself and Angelo, suggesting that they were back together.
