Ghanaian Actress Juliet Ibrahim Star With Hollywood Acts in New Movie, ‘African Time’

Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim has really stepped up her game. 

She's currently starring in Kelechi Eke’s movie alongside Hollywood acts from Tyler Perry’s 'Diary of a Mad Black Woman' and 'Meet The Browns'.

The movie which is soon to be released is titled 'African time'.

The film is about 'African Time' a phrase used to describe the relaxed attitude that many Africans exhibit towards time. It seems to have become a part of African culture in that most African events tend to begin a few hours after the specified start time.

This becomes frustrating to those Africans that like to be punctual. Ironically, many Africans that are late to various social events are seldom late to work and to other engagements of interest. This fact questions whether 'African Time' is really a culture or a Choice. This story is full of humor and explores the issue of late coming among Africans and unveils some possible solutions for the infamous African Time.

Guess he doesn’t really see anything sexy about what she did on stage. The couple was last seen publicly at the Los Angeles premiere of his movie Paranoia on Aug. 8.

The couple wed on Saturday in a "down-to-earth" ceremony at the plush Chateau des Conde in Vallery, France, according to reports.

The newlyweds are said to have exchanged vows during a civil ceremony, which was then followed by a religious service at the Chateau.

Around 60 guests attended the bash - including Halle's five-year-old daughter Nahla.

Halle, 46, was photographed wearing what appeared to be a white dress with embellished straps, arriving at the venue in a white vintage Citroen DS.

The star, who is expecting a son with Olivier, 47, later this year, was then shielded from prying eyes, as she made her way into the building, by security men who held up white sheets. 

 

This is the third marriage for the beautiful Monster's Ball star, Halle.

She was previously wed to baseball player David Justice and R&B singer Eric Benet.

Nnamdi is a Nigerian-born footballer with San Francisco 49ers.
Kerry Washington’s parents were listed as witnesses during the secret wedding ceremony.
The lovers started dating in summer last year after Kerry broke up with her former lover, Hollywood actor David Moscow.

James Bond actor, 'Pierce Brosnan' Loses Daughter to Cancer

Popular 'James Bond' actor, Pierce Brosnan, has lost his daughter Charlotte to ovarian cancer at the age of 41 after a three-year battle with the disease.

Her mother, Cassandra Harris, died from the same type of cancer in 1991 while she was married to Brosnan.

Harris also lost her own mother to ovarian cancer when she was a teenager.

In a statement to People magazine, Brosnan said: 

"On June 28 at 2pm my darling daughter Charlotte Emily passed on to eternal life, having succumbed to ovarian cancer.

"She was surrounded by her husband Alex, children Isabella and Lucas, and brothers Christopher and Sean.

"Charlotte fought her cancer with grace and humanity, courage and dignity. Our hearts are heavy with the loss of our beautiful dear girl.

"We pray for her and that the cure for this wretched disease will be close at hand soon.

"We thank everyone for their heartfelt condolences."

The actor adopted Charlotte and her brother Christopher in the 1980s after the death of their father and the children took Brosnan's name.

He also had another son, Sean, with Cassandra Harris in 1983.

The Irish-born actor, who starred in four James Bond films, married his second wife Keely Shaye in 2001 and the couple have two children together.

Hollywood Actor Johnny Depp is Almost Blind

 

Johnny Depp has revealed he is almost completely blind in one eye and near-sighted in the other.

The ‘Lone Ranger’ star, who is rarely photographed without a pair of tinted glasses, claims he has been "basically blind as a bat" in his left eye since birth and the problem is impossible to correct.

The 50-year-old actor told the July issue of Rolling Stone magazine that all of his glasses are prescription and he relies heavily on them.

He explained: "Everything is just very, very blurry. I’ve never had proper vision."

The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star, who has two children, Lily-Rose, 14, and Jack, 11, with his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Paradis, said he can only see a few inches from his face if he is playing a character that does not wear glasses or sunglasses.

Meanwhile, the actor, who is now dating actress Amber Heard, also revealed that he thinks about retiring from Hollywood "every day", but is unlikely to do so in the near future.
