It is significant because the next 100 days would have made it a whole year with me, MIA.
I have missed my blog, my 1st ever independent personal endeavour.
Saying I'm grateful to God would be the understatement of the decade, as I never envisaged staying away from blogging this long, since it had become a habit.
From internet service provider issues, to relocation, to a new job, the changes just kept coming. What I did? Went with the flow. And 8 months down the lane, I'm thankful I did.
Taking a break from blogging wasn't my wish, but life happened and I can tell you for sure, that I am grateful for the experiences ... both good and bad.
On several occasions I secretly wondered "Can I make a come back?" "Can I keep it up?" "Have I lost the touch?" "Will I do better?"... Well here I am, back to do what I love doing, not laying claims to "being there" but definitely, a better person.
Having met great persons from all walks of life, the inspiration I now have to do better, is amazing.
Above all are the few select who I bonded with during this period and who have taken me a step closer to achieving purpose. I recently learnt from one of these persons that my best attributes are Organized. Tactful and Decisive. This new knowledge put a week-long grin on my face and spurred me to start over, and do better!
Let me digress a little, and encourage us all to be mindful of the words we speak, as these words make or mar us. Like it or not, our words some how determine the course of our lives and immediate environment.
These 3 words said to me; supposedly a mere observation, inadvertently increased my self esteem and made me decide to break new grounds.
Okay okay okay! don't let me bore you out!
I'm just so happy to be able to do this again. Here I am, exactly 8 months and 23 days later, doing what I love to do... #Thankful
This piece would be incomplete without me expressing my profound gratitude to the wonderful people in my life; the best sisters in the world Luvlyn & Patty, my amazing sister from another mother, Oke Egbi who still doesn't know how much of an inspiration she is to me, my brand new friend Isioma who directly inspired this write-up (unknowingly) and most importantly, my loyal blog readers (especially those who called to say they are patiently waiting for me to start blogging again).
God bless you all.

Life begins now - right now - not tomorrow or the next day or the next.
It means you can have the new beginning you want whenever you want.
