Road Block in Benin as Tanker Conveying Tar Falls Over [PHOTOS]

I just got this from a traveller at the scene who's on her way to Port Harcourt from Lagos. 

No much details but according to her, the roads are blocked and lots of passengers are stranded as the tanker fell, spilling tar all over.
