Photos: Man Gets Slapped After Proposing To Woman In Public

This couple were photographed at Shepherd Bush underground station in London during what was supposed to be an ‘Aw!’ moment. It turned into an ‘Ouch!’ moment seconds after the man went down on one knee and asked the woman to marry him.

She responded by giving him a slap across the face as people watched in shock.

I've actually heard a joke about this before now. Didn't know it was real.

Lesson to men:   Do not make your woman wait too long b4 you pop the $1m question, you might just get such response!  

On a second thought, you must know where you stand with a woman before popping this question! If you are 'just a friend' in her mind, or a 'BFF' to her, you might get this same response, 'jokingly'.
