My Oga @ the top ... A phrase that has caused nationwide fun in Nigeria's Social media for the past few days...

This phrase came about by The Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) Obafaiye Shem who has never visited his organisation’s website.

The video went viral on youtube and several remixes has emerged!

Asked on Channels live TV to mention the NSCDC’s web address, Mr Shem said “I cannot categorically tell you one now, and my oga @ the top will now say another one later” Probed further to name the organisation’s website, the commandant said the address is: www.nscdc.     .... That's all
