Does anyone in Ojukwu's will need me to prove that Bianca is NOT a virgin. I have spoken to a source in their camp I cannot mention. There is a clause in Ikemba's will that he married a VIRGIN. Bianca was NOT a virgin and I will protect a VICTIM, any victim just like I protected victims in Canada. I will protect my friend Femi Fani Kayode and his reputation. Bianca needs more than Wall street lawyers to save her reputation. The Ikemba says if she was not a virgin before he married her which she LIED to him about before November 12, 1994 wedding day, she cannot get that money. Its a long drawn out battle and she chose this route rather that want ALL OR NONE with her stepkids. Another reason not to marry people your father's age. You will have to battle their kids one day in court.

With regards to Shama Maliga, they are Bianca's troll. Her own family members even told me she was a pain at the Presidency that Patience Jonathan had to get rid of her. Stay away from my husband she allegedly said! Jonathan then sent her far away outside he country as a diplomat.

What else could be worse? Hmmm! Our own Presido GEJ is gradually being brought into the matter oh. They all should just let this issue be already! Hmmm..

Kemi Omololu Olunloyo Releases PODCAST On the Bianca/FFK Saga, Says Bianca Aborted a Pregnancy for HIM [MUST SEE]

Hmmmmm na wa oh! This is really getting out of hand! This Kemi is just a drama queen! As it is, she has bought the trouble from FFK and is blasting Bianca on her own! 

She definitely has to be in that court room herself!

She first of all posted:

He himself can be called a Deputy Governor's son. Chief Remi Fani Kayode was the Deputy Premier of the Western Region when Nigeria had 3 states, what is known today as 8 states including Delta and Edo. My father Victor Omololu Olunloyo who was the 4th Governor of Oyo state was the 27 y/o Commissioner for Economic planning in that administration and my mom's father (Grandpa Samuel Akinyemi also an Inspector of police in the NPF) was one of the speakers in that parliament.

She had earlier on revealed that Bianca Ojukwu had a miscarriage for Femi when they were dating, then later aborted a second pregnancy for him, which led to their break-up, since Femi really wanted the baby!

If all this is true, I think Bianca should drop this denial/court appearance and all that... She doesn't need this kind of publicity for her office/position. 
Kemi Omololu Olunloyo is one Enemy no one wishes for! 
Bianca's continual denial of the allegations sort of suggests that she was really hurt by the break up and probably still hurt. If not, why the continual denial? I really don't understand, but it's outrageous to say she's never met the guy!!

By the way, Kemi Omololu Olunloyo has said she's going to expose more today... I'm so chilling on her TL... lol

I'm of the opinion that there is more to this than meets the eye!

he truth be told, there is nothing Femi could say to undo the harm that has been done by his initial article where he mentioned the names of women he had been intimate with. Hence Bianca's refusal to accept his apology/article retraction.

On the other hand, what would taking him to court prove? I think they should just let this matter rest already because it would just be a case of washing their dirty linen in public... without any positive result.

But this latest article "AN ODE TO JEZEBEL" is more political than personal. Why all the references to 2015 and presidential connections and lots more?? I thought it was about intimacy and tribalism... How did the debate suddenly stir to the presidency? 

There is definitely more to this than meets the eye!

In other news, a former friend of FFK cum Enemy has threatened to expose pictures/videos of the sexual activities of Femi's immediate family; wife, ex wife and daughters! This is another reason why I think the duo should just give this matter a rest because both of them will discover at the end, that they bit more than they could chew!

Controversial former Nigerian minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kanyode, has threatened to reveal details of his past private relationship with Nigeria's ambassador to Spain, Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu after the ambassador rejected his apologies in several newspaper withdrawing earlier claims they had a romantic past.

Mrs. Ojukwu through her lawyers had ordered the minister to withdraw claims made in an article that he had intimate relations with her several years ago. Shortly after receiving the legal threats, Fani-Kayode went on to issue an apology, asking to remove the word "intimate" from the claims made relating to Bianca and two other ladies.

However, Mrs. Ojukwu rejected the apologies claiming they were not sufficient, she thereafter threatened to institute a lawsuit to seek redress.

 

The latest legal threat might have prompted Fani-Kayode to issue a statement today daring Mrs. Ojukwu to put the matter before the courts.

 In the statement , signed by his personal assistant, reproduced below, Mr. Fani-Kayode threatened to expose the ambassador and put the details of their past relationship in the public domain.

''We read the comments of the P.A. to Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu in the Sun Newspaper of 9th September and in a number of other newspapers where she expressed the view that the withdrawal of the comments made about her by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode were ''not enough''. We really do wonder what Mrs. Ojukwu really wants from Chief Fani-Kayode and what her agenda really is? Throughout this matter Chief Fani-Kayode has chosen the path of peace and has attempted to avoid an ugly and public quarrel with Bianca Ojukwu out of respect to the memory of her late father Chief C.C. Onoh and the memory of her late husband, Dim Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu .

Consequently he has publicly apologised to her and the two other igbo ladies that he mentioned in the said article (namely Miss Chioma Ansoh and Miss Adaobi Ucgegbu) on two separate occassions, in three separate national newspapers and online. He has has also publicly withdrawn the words that they found offensive, he has edited the said article, he has ensured that no newspaper in Nigeria that published it mentioned their names in the revised version, he has admitted that the word ''intimate'' that was used in the online version of the article was ''indiscreet'' and he has bent over backwards to tread the path of peace and to appease all those concerned. Despite all these efforts Bianca Ojukwu has refused to be appeased or to let go and she has continued to peddle the shameless lie that she has never met Chief Fani-Kayode.

This is sad and unfortunate and it is beyond the imagination of anyone that a serving Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would so readily and so easily be given to telling such lies. Chief Fani-Kayode is not comfortable with publicly joining issues with ladies when it comes to matters of a private nature such as this because he was well brought up and he is a gentleman but it is clear that Bianca Ojukwu is desperate to go to war over this issue and to cover up the truth about their past. It is also clear that she has constituted herself into the arrowhead of a group of people that are determined to use her and this whole unsavoury episode to attempt to distract attention from the wider and more important issues raised in the essay and to discredit him. Since that is the case we welcome whatever action Ojukwu wishes to take in court and we shall gladly meet her there. We will also be instigating our own legal proceedings against her in due course for her barefaced and malicious lies and her consistent claim that she has never met Chief Fani-Kayode all in an attempt to libel, defame, diminish and discredit him before the entire world. We wish to state clearly and categorically that not only did Chief Fani-Kayode know her but he also knew her far better than she cares to publiclly admit. The precise nature of that relationship will be explored and exposed in open court. It is not in the nature of Chief Fani-Kayode to fight unnecessary and distractive battles over flippant matters such as this but on this occassion he has been compelled to do so simply because he will do whatever it takes to protect his integrity and establish the fact that he has told no lie.

Since she has continued her shameless perfidy and wishes to tread the path of deceit and confrontation then so be it. Finally let it be clearly understood that at no point did Chief Fani-Kayode lie about the nature of his relationship with Ojukwu. However he did not feel that it was appropiate or necessary to share the details of that relationship with the public because he felt that such matters were strictly private.

The fact that she mistook his mature exercise of restraint and discretion, even when provoked and insulted, his desire for peace and his gentlemanly nature for weakness is not only unfortunate but also a grave miscalculation on her part. Once again we reiterate the fact that we counsel Ojukwu to take whatever course of action she pleases and we welcome this opportunity to expose her for what she is. The matter has been referred to our lawyers for final preparation. They will prepare a vigorous defence to Ojukwu's absurd allegations and they will also determine our next line of action against her''

Bianca Ojukwu Rejects Femi Fani-Kayode's Article Retraction & Apology; Says it Wasn't Satisfactory

Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain, Mrs Bianca Ojukwu has rejected Chief Femi Fani-Kayode’s withdrawal of his comments made about her in the social media and a national daily, saying that the former Aviation minister’s statement was only a riposte.

The former aide to ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo had in his article entitled, "Neither a tribalist nor a hater" claimed to have had "intimate relationship" with three Igbo ladies, including Mrs Ojukwu as a spinster, a claim the ambassador said was a lie and only aimed at tarnishing her image.

Consequently, Mrs Ojukwu, through her lawyers, Wall Street Attorneys, wrote to Fani-Kayode on August 27, demanding that he retract his statements and offer an unreserved apology to her in The Sun and Thisday newpapers, giving the former minister up to September 6, to do so.

But when Fani-Kayode on September 6 withdrew his comments in the two newspapers, he insisted that he knew Mrs Ojukwu in the 1980s and that some of those who knew she was his girlfriend are still living.

But two days after his response, Mrs Ojukwu has insisted that she did not know Chief Fani-Kayode as she had not met him before.

The wife of the late Igbo leader, who spoke through her Personal Assistant, Mr Isaac Igboanu, therefore, said the retraction made by Chief Fani-Kayode last Friday was not sufficient and satisfactory.

Rejecting Chief Fani-Kayode’s comments in the two newspapers, her personal assistant said:

"The attention of Her Excellency, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu has been drawn to a statement purportedly issued by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode through one Mr Akinola Babatunde Rotimi and published in the Daily Sun and ThisDay Newspapers of September 6, 2013.

"The phantom claim in the said statement that Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu were once good friends to the knowledge of mutual friends who are still alive is not only false, baseless and typical, but a further attempt by Chief Femi Fani-Kayode to create the impression of a connection between himself and Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu.

"Whilst it is important to reiterate that Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu has never met Chief Femi Kayode and does not know him in person, it is pertinent to note that the statement issued through Mr Akinola Babatunde Rotimi, falls far short of an apology and retraction of Chief Femi Fani-Kayode’s false and libelous outbursts and is merely a desperate attempt to lend credence to fabrications, which he seeks to present as reality with intent to gloss over the very serious issues arising from the reckless publication.

"In the circumstances, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu is left with no option than to leave the matter in the hands of her lawyers."

Femi Fani-Kayode Formally Withdraws His Intimate Comment About Bianca Ojukwu

Barely one week after Bianca Ojukwu threatened a lawsuit over an “intimate relationship” comment about her, Nigeria’s former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has withdrawn the controversial comment.

In a statement through his lawyer, Rotimi Akinola, on Thursday, Mr. Fani-Kayode accepted that he erred by making the comment but said it was “bizarre, absurd and inexplicable” that the wife of the late Biafran warlord, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, claimed they were never acquainted.

“As our client said earlier through his press secretary some of the words he used to describe his friendship with Ambassador Ojukwu in his article titled ”A Word For Those Who Call Me A Tribalist” were indiscreet,” Mr. Fani-Kayode’s lawyer said in the statement.

“He hereby withdraws those words,” he added.

News of Mr. Fani-Kayode’s withdrawal of the comments came just as PREMIUM TIMES learnt that several concerned highly placed Nigerians were reaching out to both Mr. Fani-Kayode and Mrs. Ojukwu with a view to amicably resolving the differences between them.

One of those who initiated the peace moves but pleaded not to be named said both parties were cooperating with the efforts at reconciling them.

He said the statement by Mr. Fani-Kayode’s lawyer was part of the measures suggested by the mediators.

BREAKING: Femi Fani Kayode Replies Bianca Ojukwu [READ]

Barely hours after Bianca Ojukwu demanded a public apology from Femi Fani Kayode, he has replied! 

This he did through Mr Bisi Lawal , his spokesperson.

This morning Chief Femi Fani-Kayode woke up to find a letter that was published as an advertorial in Thisday Newspaper purportedly by Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu's lawyer threatening to sue him for mentioning her in his article and claiming that she has never met him before. She also said that he was being malicious. The matter has of course been refered to Chief Fani-Kayode's lawyers who will now take it up. 

Ordinarily he would have not have said a word about this matter because he sympathises with her for whatever she may have been going through. However now that she has put it in the public realm Chief Fani-Kayode is compelled to formally respond.  

To the assertion that he never knew her and that they were never friends he says this is false and he asks why would he lie? The public evidence is to the contrary. Chief Fani-Kayode would not want to say anything to embarrass her because that would be ungentlemanly. 

He sympathises with her delicate situation and once again he expresses his regrets about the fact that his statement about her was misconstrued. We shall just leave it at that.

Bianca Ojukwu Denies Affair with Femi Kayode - Gives Him 7 days to Retract His Claims or Appear in Court

Bianca Ojukwu has come out to deny the claims by Femi Fani-Kayode that they had a long standing intimate relationship. She says she has never met him, either officially or privately.

The ambassador, who spoke through her lawyers, has threatened to drag the former aide to ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo to court if, in the next seven days, he fails to retract his libelous publication against her.In the letter from her lawyers to Fani-Kayode, dated August 27, 2013 and signed by Mike Ugwuanyi, Esq, Mrs. Ojukwu demanded that the former minister writes an apology and retraction of the said libelous publication in The Sun and Thisday newspapers, as well as publish it in the online publication, where it emanated, in the next seven days or face litigation.

The letter written by Mrs. Ojukwu’s lawyers and obtained by The Sun, reads:

We have been briefed and our services retained by Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain to demand from you an unreserved apology and a retraction of a false and malicious statement, which you published online and also caused to be published in the Leadership Newspaper of August 16, 2013.

In the said article entitled, ‘Neither a Tribalist nor a Hater,’ you recklessly alleged, as follows: ‘I was not a tribalist when I had a long standing and intimate relationship with Miss Bianca Onoh…’, a statement, which you know is untrue and unfounded, but only calculated to lower our client’s esteem and damage her national and international reputation.

Our client has never met you, does not know you in person and has never had any official or private relationship with you how much more ‘a long-standing and intimate relationship.

Our client is therefore, outraged by your bizarre and scandalous allegation and the numerous mails and telephone calls she has received from friends, relations and admirers who are equally embarrassed and who seek to confirm the veracity or otherwise of your false and reckless publication.

Your apparent lame and half-hearted attempt, as published in the Leadership Newspaper of 17th August 2013, to clarify your false and malicious allegation falls far short of a retraction and does not sufficiently address the damage to our client arising from the widespread dissemination of your false publication and is therefore unacceptable to our client.

In the circumstances, we demand, on the instruction of our client that you submit to her a clear and unqualified apology and retraction published in The Sun and Thisday newspapers in addition to having the retraction published online.

Take note that should you fail to tender the apology and publish a retraction of your false and malicious publication, seven days next after your receipt of this demand notice, our further are to seek appropriate redress in court. And that shall be without further recourse to you. Be properly guided.”
