She surfaced at an L.A. medical facility Wednesday, giving us a glimpse at her post pregnancy body.
Baby daddy Kanye was of course spotted with a huge smile aligning his feature! He's sure one very happy dad.
There was no shot of baby North's face though as she was fully covered in a car seat.
Kim also kept fans guessing as she was all covered up, concealing her figure under a baggy
button-down shirt, with another tied around her waist...
She kinda debuted the post-birth look, not the post-birth bod...
